Data deletion instructions

Keelix™ (keelix.ee) lets you create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google or Facebook. When you sign in with Facebook we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, which we use solely to create and identify your account.

What we delete

When you ask us to delete your data, we permanently remove:

• your account record (name, email, chosen exam level, subscription status);
• your exam results, scores, saved answers and progress history;
• any support-chat messages linked to your account;
• identifiers received from Facebook or Google sign-in.

Records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices for completed payments) are retained only for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@keelix.ee from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Keelix from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then send us the email above so we can erase the account on our side.
3. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, then email you when it is done.
